Video: Food Critic 'Mr. ChimeTime' Raves About Stuffed Peppers At 'Detroit Pepper Company'

Rashad Mooreman of North Carolina is a national food critic on social media who goes by "Mr. ChimeTime." He has hundreds of thousands of followers. Earlier this year he spent a couple months reviewing restaurants in Metro Detroit.

One of those was The Detroit Pepper Company at 17180 E . Warren in Detroit.

Mr. ChimeTime gave the place a big thumbs up. He exclaimed "Oh My God" when trying the Detroit BBQ Poblano, which includes a stuffed Poblano pepper, brown and quinoa rice, stir fry mushrooms, onions, broccoli, celery, carrots, house BBQ sauce and cheese and meat. He also dug into the Detroit Pepper, which is comprised of brown rice and black beans, Detroit pepper red sauce, garlic seasonings, meat and cheese.

And then he raved about the bean burger that comes with a side of roasted potatoes.
